Finding Answers Inside The Home, Inc. was founded by Iwoinakee Harris-Billups, a mother, advocate, and nonprofit leader committed to expanding access to mental health support for young men who are often overlooked and underserved.
Inspired by the life and loss of her son, Quintas D. Harris, Iwoinakee transformed personal tragedy into purpose-building an organization rooted in compassion, accountability, and action. Her work is guided by the belief that early intervention, culturally responsive care, and community support can save lives.
Iwoinakee holds both a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Business Administration, bringing strategic leadership, operation discipline, and long-term vision to the organization’s mission. Under her leadership, Finding Answers Inside The Home, Inc. focuses on creating safe, affirming spaces where young men ages 14–25 feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate their mental health journey.
